Professional Experience
Sofia has worked for the firm since 2015, being responsible for the department handling private persons insolvency proceedings.
Her practice focuses on the analysis and management of private person insolvency procedures and PER – corporate Special Recovery Procedures (including the drafting of procedural documents associated hereto), likewise participating strongly in the document management of client assets, carrying out the preliminary analysis of the procedures in order to delegate and expedite the remaining procedures necessary to obtain the documentation for the sale of the assets.
Sofia began her career at the law firm Gouveia Pereira Costa Freitas & Associados (2013-2014), having been seconded as an in-house lawyer in a bank, which was a client of the firm.
