UPDATE - The Legal Regime of the Central Registry of the Effective Beneficiary

Please note that you have until 31st October to make the Beneficiary Central Registration.

The deadlines for the Central Registry of the Effective Beneficiary (RCBE) were extended until 31 October for commercial companies and 30 November for other legal entities.  These deadlines are applied to all entities subject to commercial registration incorporated until 1 October 2018.
