Tatiana Pontes and Sara Fernandes Bello strengthen MG Advogados

MG Advogados has strengthened its Litigation and Real Estate practices with the addition of Tatiana Pontes (lawyer) and Sara Fernandes Bello (Of Counsel).

Tatiana Pontes joins the firm from Abreu Advogados (2017 - 2023), where she practised for the last six years in Lisbon and Porto. Tatiana Pontes' work there essentially consisted of advising various organisations, both banks and others, on contentious credit recovery. She also worked in additional areas, namely family and succession law.

Previously, Tatiana worked with PMBGR - Sociedade de Advogados (2011-2016), with a focus on credit recovery.

Tatiana began her professional career at the Social Security Institute (2010-2011), where she worked in the area of criminal litigation and was responsible, in particular, for issuing legal opinions on the incorporation and amendment of the articles of association of IPSS (Private Social Solidarity Institutions).

The addition of Sara Fernandes Bello to the firm, with the status of "Of Counsel", is aimed at strengthening the firm's response in the area of real estate law and, specifically, from a litigation perspective, where she has recognised experience.

Previously, Sara worked in individual practice at SB Advogados (2012-2023), with a special focus on civil and administrative litigation, commercial law, labour and social security law, family and succession law.

Before going into solo practice, she worked with Miguel Esperança Martins Advogados (2009-2011) in the area of litigation (credit recovery and insolvency proceedings for legal entities) and was a lawyer at Edifícios Atlântico, S.A. (2004-2008) in the areas of property law and commercial law.
