Although the past few years have had numerous disruptive phenomena, the COVID-19 pandemic is the extreme of the ongoing disruption (we don't know when and how it will end).

Nothing can be the same in the area of business recovery:

- Lender and debtor interests will tend to converge
- Capitalizing is necessary
- People - recovery must be structured and carried out by a multidisciplinary and solid team.
