Professional Experience
Tatiana Pontes has been working with the firm since 2023, as part of the Litigation department and supporting the credit recovery area.
Tatiana joins the firm from Abreu Advogados (2017 - 2023), where she worked for the last six years in Lisbon and Porto. Here, in addition to providing legal advice to banking institutions in the area of contentious credit recovery, she was responsible for managing legal collection proceedings for various non-banking clients. She also worked in the area of family and succession law
She worked with PMBGR - Sociedade de Advogados (2011 - 2016) in the Insolvency and Credit Recovery area. Tatiana began her professional career at the Social Security Institute (2010 - 2011), where she worked in the area of criminal litigation and was responsible for issuing legal opinions on the incorporation and amendment of IPSS statutes.

Law Degree (Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University -Porto, 2007).

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted since 2010).
